We carry out project services for a range of clients such as infrastructure asset management companies, industrial and commercial construction companies, government bodies, commercial property developers, fixed plant operators and facilities managers and we can offer our services at any stage of a project. 

Our construction services include:

• Thorough consultation to understand our clients' requirements and decide if other service providers will need to be engaged. These can include network operators such as Ausgrid, energy retailers, NBN, engineers and other consultants, level 1, 2 and 3 ASP's, and other subcontractors.
• Scope development to clearly outline our role in a project and where we stop and others start.
• Design services. For larger or more complex projects, we always engage engineers to carry out designs, but we use a range of software to design power distribution and control panels, power and control systems and civil designs for pits and conduits. We also use an excellent software package to calculate cable sizing, cable protection and maximum demands for entire installations and for minor projects within an installation.
• We offer project management services to ensure projects are delivered on time, under budget, safely and efficiently. We boast a large network of professionals, subcontractors and suppliers to provide the products and services needed to complete works as needed. Breese Electric uses excellent project management principles and very effectively utilises simPRO and SharePoint to manage our projects, timelines, deliverables, staff, stock, assets, as well as our safety, quality and environment systems and procedures documentation.
• We design, build, test and commission a wide range of power distribution and process control boards and panels. From distribution boards, motor control centres (MCC's), including VSD panels, PLC and HMI panels, marshaling panels, local control centres (LCS's) and stand-alone power system (SAPS) control panels for off-grid solar and battery controls. We have a fully customised panel building workshop in our factory in Tuggerah where all panels are tested, commissioned, QA/QC'd and certified in-house. 
• We specialise in greenfield and brownfield construction, including testing, commissioning and handover of asset to client. 
• Temporary site power, lighting, NBN and electrical plant, e.g. dewatering pumps, electric cranes and hoists.
• Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of digital, 4-20mA analogue and Industrial Ethernet field devices, instruments, and process control systems
• Electric motor, power and control, install, test and commission.
• Design of cable reticulation and installation of cable containment/mechanical protection, eg. cable ladder, tray, conduit. Cable-haul plan and execute. Dressing in of hauled cables. Earthing systems design, install and commission.
• General power and lighting, including single phase and three phase outlets (and inlets), a wide range of LED lighting and emergency and exit lighting.
• Uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and backup power systems. Automatic transfer switch (ATS) or manual transfer switch (MTS) operated gen-sets, inc. charge cables and genset comms.
• Stand-alone power systems (SAPS) such as complete off-grid solar PV systems with battery storage to provide power to remote sites.
• Handover packages with inspection test plans (ITP’s), checklists, commissioning reports, certificates, manuals, as-built drawings and photos.
